From May 2021 the Trustee is changing the way payslips are issued

Monthly payslips in respect of your pension payments will be available for you to view securely on the M&S Pension Scheme Portal. You will need to log in to the Portal to access this information.

If you have asked for your payslips to be posted to you, you will now only receive a payslip in the post if the pension that you are paid changes by £10.00 or more from one month to the next. This is to cut down on the number of payslips being issued which will enable us to save costs and reduce our carbon footprint.

Previously members would have received a payslip in the post if their pension changed by £2.00 or more from one month to the next.
