Have you registered your pension account on the M&S Pension Scheme Portal but not too sure how to use it? Or would you like to register but don’t know where to start? We’ve put together a range of simple instructions to help you make the most of 24/7 access to your pension account.
The Portal gives you access to your pension account around the clock and lets you complete a wide range of tasks quickly and easily, without the need to contact the Pensions Administration Team.
To get started go to www.hartlinkonline.co.uk/mandspensionscheme or click on “My Pension Account” in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

- Already registered? Click on “Login”, you’ll need your login name, password and pin to hand. Don’t worry if you’ve forgot them, just download our How to reset your login details instructions.
