As you may remember, in 2017, we moved some of our administration services to Capita Employee Solutions (Capita). Over the last two years, M&S Colleague Services has worked closely with Capita as they have taken on gradually the day-to-day administration of the Scheme. Capita now provides all of the administration services the Scheme needs.
We’re pleased with the work Capita has completed so far, but we continue to monitor their progress and take member feedback very seriously.
If you have any questions, please ask the Pension Administration Team. Capita’s postal address has recently changed so you may wish make a note of their new address.
This does not affect your pension and you do not need to take any action.
